Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for remote employees across multiple states
- Configure and deploy company-provided hardware/software solutions
- Manage VPN access, security protocols, and cloud-based systems
- Troubleshoot complex network, hardware, and software issues remotely
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system improvements
- Maintain compliance with security and data protection standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
