Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Deploy and configure virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Create detailed documentation and SOPs for IT processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Maintain 99.9% uptime for critical client systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- Expertise in Active Directory, SCCM, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proven troubleshooting skills for network/infrastructure issues
- Strong written communication with ability to create technical documentation
