Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and deploy new equipment provided to remote staff members.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN issues, and cloud application access.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the software engineering team to identify and report recurring bugs.
- Conduct remote training sessions for staff on new software tools.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk environments.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent technical degree is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience configuring remote desktop tools and VPNs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high self-discipline.
