Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier remote technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and distribute company-issued equipment to remote team members.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Las Vegas operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor system performance and address alerts proactively.
- Conduct virtual training sessions for end-users on software usage and best practices.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Must be available for immediate start.
