Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot hardware and software for remote users.
- Manage IT asset inventory and ensure all provided equipment is accounted for and maintained.
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop tools.
- Collaborate with the Cleveland-based operations team for escalated support and strategic planning.

Qualifications
