Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote technical support to employees via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot company-provided hardware and software systems.
- Manage user accounts, security settings, and access permissions within Active Directory.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to maintain a knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to resolve connectivity and hardware conflicts.
- Conduct regular remote security audits and ensure compliance with company protocols.
- Train new remote hires on company equipment and software usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with remote desktop software (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, LogMeIn).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and ChromeOS.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
