Responsibilities
- Configure and install hardware and software for remote employees.
- Provide tier 2 technical support via remote desktop tools.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Manage inventory for company-issued equipment.
- Ensure data security and compliance across all remote endpoints.
- Collaborate with the San Francisco HQ team on system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Valid driver’s license for occasional equipment pickup (if applicable).
