Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and remote desktop tools.
- Configure and maintain remote workstations and ensure secure network connectivity.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new equipment and software updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in technical support, helpdesk, or a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
