Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 remote technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues via remote access tools
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols across client environments
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills with networking, security, and endpoint management
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote access tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid New Mexico driver's license for occasional on-site visits
