Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Configure and manage company-provided equipment (laptops, peripherals, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document all support tickets and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
- Proactively monitor system performance and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong network troubleshooting skills (VPN, RDP, firewalls)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
