Your Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) to ensure a high resolution rate.
- Onboard new remote hires by setting up their workstations and accounts.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve internal processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with remote connectivity tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high degree of self-discipline.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
