Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to remote employees via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems, peripherals, and network connectivity.
- Manage and configure remote access tools (VPN, RDP) to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Log and track all support tickets in the CRM system with detailed documentation.
- Conduct remote training sessions for new software implementations.
- Collaborate with the internal IT team to improve remote support processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent work experience is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical scenarios independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
