Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and video
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems across distributed systems
- Manage helpdesk tickets with SLA adherence and customer satisfaction focus
- Deploy and configure cloud-based security solutions and VPN access
- Document procedures and create knowledge base articles for team use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent technical expertise
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS troubleshooting and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Experience with remote monitoring tools (SolarWinds/Datadog)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a virtual environment
