Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems, security vulnerabilities, and system malfunctions
- Install and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Document all support tickets, resolutions, and system configurations in IT service management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Train end-users on new software and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Must have reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office
