Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise clients via remote channels
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for distributed teams
- Implement cybersecurity protocols for remote work environments
- Optimize VPN and network connectivity for 500+ remote employees
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integrations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in remote IT support or cloud infrastructure management
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and endpoint management
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with remote work tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network issues
