Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems, system errors, and application glitches
- Execute system maintenance tasks including updates, patches, and security protocols
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or help desk environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent industry certification required
