Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-resolution rates.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Manage and maintain remote access tools and VPN configurations securely.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and user experience.
- Conduct regular system updates and security patch management remotely.
- Respond to help desk tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, AnyDesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high accountability.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and home office setup.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
