- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat to internal employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage and track help desk tickets using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA).
- Configure and set up new hardware and software for remote workers.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with network engineers to resolve complex connectivity problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a remote or helpdesk support role is highly desired.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of network protocols and security best practices.
