- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and maintain strict confidentiality standards
- Utilize advanced transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe, MModal) for efficient document processing
- Format documents according to client specifications and medical terminology standards
- Proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, and medical accuracy before submission
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Collaborate with quality assurance team for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of medical transcription experience in acute care or specialty settings
- Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) or RHDS credential preferred

- Minimum 80 WPM typing speed with 98% accuracy
