- Transcribe Audio: Convert voice recordings into accurate, clean, and formatted text documents using industry-standard transcription software.
- Medical Accuracy: Ensure strict adherence to medical terminology, grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
- Quality Control: Proofread and edit all transcripts for clarity, completeness, and compliance with client specifications.
- Workflow Management: Manage high-volume work queues efficiently, meeting daily production and quality standards.
- EHR Integration: Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to finalize and submit documents securely.
- Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA privacy regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Transcriptionist certification (CMT/RMT) is highly preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in medical transcription with a strong command of anatomy and physiology.
- Skills: Typing speed of 50+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy (95%+).
- Technical: Reliable high-speed internet, a dedicated home office, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based tools.
