- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve complex technical issues for enterprise clients using troubleshooting methodologies
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce with 98% accuracy
- Collaborate with global support teams during handover periods
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in B2B tech environments
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable troubleshooting hardware/software issues remotely
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office setup
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
