Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict data privacy standards
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless customer experience across time zones
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference client needs with service offerings
- Adhere to SLA metrics and quality assurance protocols
- Participate in quarterly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in remote or night shift environments
