Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer communications across multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy and compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, resolution time, and first-contact resolution
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proven night shift or flexible-hour work history (required)
