Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Resolve complex technical issues for enterprise clients using proprietary CRM systems
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
- Collaborate with global teams using real-time communication platforms
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case histories in Salesforce
- Participate in continuous training to master new product launches
- Meet/exceed KPIs for resolution time and first-contact resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote/night shift environments
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace required
- Flexible schedule availability for overnight shifts
