Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a high first-contact resolution rate.
- Log all customer interactions and technical data accurately into the CRM database.
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity and issue handover.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and software updates to assist clients effectively.
- Adhere to all company quality assurance standards and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace.
