Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Resolve technical issues, troubleshoot software problems, and guide customers through solutions
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and ticket resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and first-contact resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficient in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network connectivity issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Ability to use ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and remote desktop tools
