Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM PST)
- Resolve technical issues, troubleshoot software problems, and escalate complex cases to senior specialists
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolution processes
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless handover during shift transitions
- Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for software/hardware issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication with professional phone etiquette
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM PST) including weekends
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
