Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients using remote diagnostic tools
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and support skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or technical support experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts including weekends
- US-based work authorization and Oklahoma residency
