- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the product development team.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or call center environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a native-level understanding of English.
