Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical troubleshooting and customer support via chat, email, and phone.
- Resolve complex technical inquiries and account issues efficiently during night hours.
- Document all customer interactions, solutions, and case notes in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve product bugs.

Qualifications

- Must be based in El Paso, TX (100% Remote position).
