Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise clients using diagnostic tools and knowledge bases
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex escalations and improve processes
- Monitor support channels proactively to maintain response SLAs and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through feedback and innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer support or technical troubleshooting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and remote collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and quiet workspace
- US work authorization and Virginia residency required
- Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge base management preferred
