Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote technical support via chat and phone during night shifts.

- Maintain high availability during assigned night hours (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM EST).
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless issue handovers.

Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States (Charlotte, NC, or Virginia preferred).
