As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, resolving technical issues and ensuring a seamless experience during our peak evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for a diverse client base.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of support.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new features and updates.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, technical help desk, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Flexibility to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
