Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets and emails during the night shift hours.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for remote clients, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to hand over unresolved issues seamlessly.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support calls and responses.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work.
- Experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work a consistent Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and remote support tools.
