Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during night shift hours.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Log all interactions and resolutions accurately into the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift team members to transfer unresolved issues and ensure continuity of care.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements to the support team.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all written and verbal communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical help desk roles.
- Must be available to work the night shift (typically 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM EST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
