Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise clients during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues via remote access tools
- Document all troubleshooting steps and maintain detailed incident reports in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global IT teams to escalate critical issues and implement solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential security threats
- Deliver exceptional customer service with SLA adherence and client satisfaction focus
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with remote work proficiency
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical credentials
- Expert troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong communication abilities with clear documentation in English
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
