  • Conduct remote diagnostics and perform software installations, updates, and patch management.
  • Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system (Jira/Zendesk).
  • Proactively identify potential system vulnerabilities and escalate critical issues immediately.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical role.
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN configurations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is preferred.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
