As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing elite customer service and rapid resolution. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a growing organization based in sunny South Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via chat, email, and phone.
- Manage and resolve IT helpdesk tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during night shifts.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to ensure seamless handovers and issue continuity.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and perform software installations, updates, and patch management.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system (Jira/Zendesk).
- Proactively identify potential system vulnerabilities and escalate critical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN configurations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
