Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network systems during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM PST)
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues via ticketing systems, chat, and remote access tools
- Document all interactions, solutions, and system changes in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with global IT teams to escalate critical issues and implement preventative measures
- Monitor system health and proactively address vulnerabilities during off-peak hours
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a 95% first-contact resolution target
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to adjust schedule during critical incidents
