Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage active directory, VPN configurations, and network security protocols
- Document incident reports, solutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incident escalations
- Monitor system health and proactively address vulnerabilities
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA/SOX security standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for networking, security, and cloud services
- Excellent written communication for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
