Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems during night shift (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, network incidents, and system vulnerabilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Document incident reports, resolution procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams to maintain system integrity and compliance
- Implement security patches and system updates during maintenance windows
- Conduct routine system health checks and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and remote access protocols
- Strong analytical skills for incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
