Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with minimal supervision
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system updates in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Execute scheduled system maintenance and security protocols
- Adhere to company SLAs and cybersecurity best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a 24/7 environment
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Strong proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Must reside in Albuquerque, NM area
