Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly during off-hours.
- Manage and escalate complex tickets to the day-shift engineering team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
- Ensure 24/7 system availability and security.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
