- Document incident reports and maintain compliance with NIST standards
- Collaborate with global teams using ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Conduct proactive system health checks and vulnerability assessments
- Train junior staff on remote support best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with night shift experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and VPN technologies
- Experience with remote monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Datadog)
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation
- Ability to work independently during unsupervised shifts
- Valid US work authorization and reliable internet connection
