Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise clients during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM PST)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including network connectivity, security protocols, and system performance
- Utilize provided monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential system vulnerabilities
- Document all ticket resolutions, knowledge base contributions, and escalation protocols
- Collaborate with global IT teams to implement security patches and system updates
- Maintain strict compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security protocols
- Train clients on remote security best practices and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT support or helpdesk roles with night shift exposure
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network diagnostics and endpoint security tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Reliable home internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps) and dedicated workspace
