Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, network incidents, and system outages
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software across diverse platforms
- Document all support activities using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident escalations
- Conduct system patching and maintenance during off-peak hours
- Maintain strict adherence to cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Strong diagnostic skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- Excellent written communication for incident reporting and documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Must reside in Virginia with reliable high-speed internet connection
