Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users across the US.
- Monitor system alerts and perform proactive maintenance to ensure business continuity.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with Day Shift support teams to seamlessly hand off unresolved tickets.
- Escalate critical security threats or outages to senior leadership immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Proven experience working remotely and managing time effectively without direct supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and common office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule.
