Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, chat, and email for remote users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently within SLA guidelines.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts during the night shift.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and steps taken in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team during overlapping hours to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer support or help desk role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Must be available to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (EST) consistently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
