Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage global IT infrastructure during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Respond to critical incidents with rapid troubleshooting and resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via virtual communication tools
- Document operational metrics and create detailed performance reports
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures
- Train and mentor new remote team members on protocols and tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in night shift operations or 24/7 environments
- Proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Teams, Zoom)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain alert and focused during overnight hours
