Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems and client infrastructure
- Monitor and resolve system alerts during night shift hours with SLA adherence
- Document incident reports, troubleshooting steps, and resolution outcomes
- Collaborate with global teams using ticketing systems and communication platforms
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and security patch deployments
- Train and mentor junior technicians on remote support protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for support workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capabilities
