Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security alerts during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Conduct remote troubleshooting for network and system issues
- Perform vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Document security incidents and create detailed reports
- Collaborate with global team members via secure communication channels
- Conduct regular system health checks and maintenance
- Participate in emergency response drills and incident simulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT security or infrastructure experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid U.S. work authorization required
- Must have reliable high-speed internet connection
